The marvellous story by Amol Gupte, who is also the creative director. It is about a dyslexic child Ishaan (Darsheel) who is driven to deep depression when his inability to cope up with studies is seen as laziness, intractable behaviour and carelessness. He is packed off to a boarding school where things just get worse for him. He is rescued by Ram Shankar Nikumbh (Aamir) who reinstills his faith in Art and also teaches his parents to realise how special their child is.

The movie is an artistic feast and champions the different point of view which is the very basis of creativity. A resounding debut by Aamir Khan as a director. Hindi Movie
