Pune: After spending a total of 24 days in Yervada Jail, the Indian Justice System granted Sunjay Dutt iterim bail. Which means he can spend some comfortable days and nights at his Bandra home, looking at the ocean and joggin at Joggers Park.
Accompanied by his lawyer, Sunjay Dutt flew home in a chartered jet to Mumbai, where he was giving a rousing welcome by family and friends including his sister Priya Dutt (Member of Parliament, North-West Parliamentary Constituency, Mumbai).
Dutt was incarcerated for 6 years thanks to the dictacts of a TADA court after being convicted of "illegal" arms possession, which any sane man would do to protect his family.
